The minimum rental period is 7 calendar days. The electric bike and related accessories can be rented, initially, only for 7 consecutive days, then a rental contract can be concluded for a longer period of time (14 days/ 21 days/ 28 days).

To rent an electric bike from Livrator.ro, you need the following documents:
  • Valid identity card (photo of the identity card/passport). The original ID card must be presented at the time of signing the rental contract.
  • Debit card (Visa/Mastercard) associated with an account in your name. The account must be in RON, opened at a bank in Romania.
  • Employment contract (picture on the first page of the employment contract). The employment contract must be presented in original, at the time of signing the rental contract.
Step 1: Access the reservation form, by pressing the “RESERVE” button or by choosing one of the rental packages, from the “Choose the right package” section, available on the website.
Step 2: Fill in the reservation form and, after sending it, we will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the reservation and the availability of the electric bike and related accessories.
Stage 3: Send the necessary documents for the rental: the photo with the identity document (bulletin) and the photo with the first page of the employment contract.
Stage 4: You receive the rental agreement, completed with your data. Please read it carefully and report any possible errors or inaccuracies.
Stage 5: Congratulations, the rental process is almost finished! We are waiting for you at our warehouse to pick up the bike, sign the rental contract and pay the rent.
The following are included in the rental price: electric bicycle, removable battery, battery charger, protective helmet, foldable steel anti-theft device, phone holder.
Livrator.ro offers free maintenance, which consists in the periodic change of certain consumable elements of the bicycle: chain, brake pads, brake fluid, gear box.
For each electric bicycle and related accessories rented, Livrator.ro charges a guarantee of 100 Lei. This warranty covers defects, the repairs of which are borne by you, such as (but not limited to):
  • Burst of the tube or tire, on one or both wheels of the electric bicycle;
  • Breaking the chain of the electric bicycle;
  • Breaking/losing one or both pedals;
  • Breaking/losing the headlight or brake of the electric bike;
  • Breaking/losing the key from the electric bicycle battery;
  • Breaking/losing the protective helmet;
  • Breaking/losing the anti-theft key;
  • Broken/lost phone holder.

The kilometer limit, included in the bicycle rental fee, is 350 km/7 days (“Part-time Delivery” package), respectively 600 km/7 days (“Full-time Delivery” package). You have the right to use the bike 350 km/600 km, depending on the rental package chosen, during the 7 days of rental. Choose the rental package according to your needs!

Econic One Urban is a bicycle that offers electric pedaling assistance. “Pedelec” – electric bicycles are defined as bicycles with an electric motor, whose power source is progressively reduced and interrupted, finally, when the bicycle reaches the maximum speed of 25 km/h or earlier, if you stop pedaling . Practically, the electric motor will help you exert less effort when pedaling, depending on the level of assistance you use.

The bicycle, Econic One Urban, has a maximum autonomy of 100 km/charge cycle, which may vary, depending on the assistance level used and the weight transported. The bike, Econic One Urban, has 5 levels of assistance:
  • Level 1 – 100 km range
  • Level 2 – autonomy of 60 km
  • Level 3 – autonomy of 50 km
  • Level 4 – autonomy of 40 km
  • Level 5 – 30 km autonomy
The battery charging time, from 0% to 100%, is 3 hours.
When parking the electric bike, you are obliged to make sure that you have taken all the safety measures.
Each electric bicycle, offered by Livrator.ro, comes equipped with an anti-theft system, which offers an increased degree of protection. When at rest, the electric bicycle must be locked with the anti-theft device. The anti-theft device must secure the frame and the body by which the bicycle is secured, so that the connection, thus established, cannot be destroyed, except by forcing one of the previously mentioned elements with special tools. The body to which the bicycle is secured must be solid, cannot be pulled or destroyed, without special tools, and high enough or constructed in such a way that the bicycle cannot be lifted on top of it. This can be omitted, only if the bicycle is properly parked in a locked room, which is used only by you, by your family members or other people living in the same household. When the bicycle is in a locked room of an accommodation unit, it is sufficient for the anti-theft device to secure only the bicycle frame and the rear wheel.

In the event of any malfunction of the electric bicycle and/or the related accessories, occurring during the duration of the Rental Agreement, you have the obligation to notify Livrator.ro at the phone number: 0734818529, as soon as possible. In no case, do not abandon the electric bicycle and the rented accessories, following the breakdown, nor continue using them.

In case of partial/total damage to the electric bicycle, you must immediately notify Livrator.ro, at the phone number: 0734818529, and the competent authorities, if the damage occurred as a result of an accident.

In case of theft of the electric bicycle, you must immediately notify Livrator.ro, at the phone number: 0734818529, and the competent authorities.

The necessary requirements to rent an electric bike from Livrator.ro are:
  • Minimum age of 18 years, at the time of signing the Rental Agreement.
  • Maximum weight of 100kg.
  • Field of activity: home deliveries.
